Celbrating 4th of July in Madison!

Cory, Felicia, cutie Eli and baby Andy arrived Thursday night and we all drove together to Madison on Friday afternoon. The three hour drive ended up being almost six hours depending on the car troubles but we all arrived safely eventually! Cindy, Danny, Aunt Jackie and her yummy home made Italian meatballs were waiting for us in Madison.

Alex and Gabriel on the tractor, mowing the "grass"
Alex's niece Haley and her son Dayton came by to visit on Saturday. It was great to see them. We had not seen Haley since before we had kids and we had never met Dayton. Such a sweet and polite little man :-)

Lunch time!

Eli, such a cutie!!

Dancing on the table in the rain

Gabriel jumping in the mud

ALL the kids really enjoyed the rain!! :-D

We had some giant spiders around our camp!!!!! This one was probably about an inch long!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4th of July!!!! I realized that it was the first time I was in the USA for the 4th of July since I was 19 (in Texas)!!! We had amazingly yummy grilled corn and ribs for lunch (thank you Cindy, Danny and Aunt Jackie)!!

Cory the Grill master!

Watching fire works in the town of Madison. Can you tell that they liked it!?

We drove back to Ormond after the fire works and are now back to our normal summer break life (except for Alex who is back to his normal work life :-)
