So empty after having a lot of fun with mormor and morfar!

We got up really early this morning to drive mormor and morfar to their plane and make it back in time for the Thanksgiving feast at Marlee's preschool. It was sad to say good bye at the airport in Orlando but we need to think about all the fun things we have done together!! It has been two busy weeks with a lot of fun!! Just keep on reading!

We visited Marineland and the dolphins. Not quite what we expected but a fun adventure!

Walking/Biking in the park next door!

We visited the lighthouse in Ponce Inlet.

Going up the stairs...

Enjoying the view!

Time to go down again...

... and down...

A Swede was managing the lighthouse for a while

Marlee found a new favorite game on mormor's phone, a motorcycle that can jump! Watch his right leg every time he makes the bike jump!! :-)

Great pillow!
Mormor gave Marlee a haircut. It turned out very nice but we might need to make it even shorter... I don't want to but there are still people who think that he is a girl...

The result of the haircut!
We played bowling, which was a lot of fun!!! First time for Marlee and he has a blast!

My babies!!!!

So now the house is empty and we are preparing for our next guest who are coming tomorrow!! A very good friend of mine, Johanna, and a friend of hers, Jenni. I can't wait to see them!

As I mentioned in the beginning we attended the Thanksgiving feast at Marlee's preschool today. All the  children were dressed up as either Pilgrims (Marlee) or Indians. They were so cute!!! And the food was really good!

After nappytime I took both boys to the beach for some running :-) The foam on the beach was more fun than anything else!

Mormor and morfar are here!!!

Mormor and morfar arrived Friday to Orlando and we all went to Madison on Saturday to enjoy the weekend with Jackie and Doug and to show our beautiful land to them. :-)

Me and boys took the chance to visit IKEA when going to Orlando to pick up mormor and morfar :-)

Noah sleeping in the trailer

Marlee and Noah having fun!!!

- I can do this, too!!

Morfar had to earn his bed in the trailer ;-)

Doug supervising Noah and Lulu (the neighbor's dog)

Guiding our guests around the premises!

We visited Blue Springs and the water felt colder than last time, but I guess it was not...

Marlee was the first one in the water and he swam back to the same tree stump as last time

Last time it was under water, this is in September

Eventually we all (all Swedes) got in, too!

Back in Ormond we had a great day on the beach...

Fun on the beach with morfar!!

And with mormor!

Hard working sea-weed-worker!

Mr handsome!!! <3
...and a very windy and chilly day on the beach!!

Had to dig deep into the closet to find our hats!

Little squirrel did not seem to mind the wind

Lately we have also had Deborah and Curren over. We had lots of fun making popcorn on the stove and they ended up everywhere!!! Marlee offered to vacuum the day after so I never had to worry about cleaning up (just did the finish up ;-)

Popcorn time!

The day after...

Marlee went on his first field trip with the preschool a few days ago and I got to join! We visited an art museum where the children got to try instruments, walk in a beautiful garden and create a turkey :-)

Mamma is so slow!! But Marlee is surely not!!!

The boys are finally getting better. At least Marlee. He still has a minor cough but went back to preschool today. Noah's fever was gone this morning so I joined the play date today even if he should probably had stayed home... And one of the other mums nicely suggested that maybe Noah is teething (he has be drooling a lot the last two days). Of course that is what it is - the fever, the cold, and now the drooling. I just could not put two and two together! Marlee was never bothered by teething except for drooling, which he kept doing loooooong after he had gotten all his teeth, so I just never even thought about the teeth even if I know that it often causes fever and colds... Well, poor Noah is getting more teeth and will soon go from 12 to at least 14 teeth :-)

A not so happy teething Noah...
Good to have a brother that can cheer you up when teething!!

Feels like this dog will replace me one day... ;-|

Yesterday was a very windy and grey day but I loved it and took the boys to the beach and the playground. Everyone was hiding inside because of the weather but I could not get enough of the fresh air :-) Marlee had a lot of fun in the wind on the beach as it made him fall off the railing that he tried to climb.

Kite surfers on the beach by our house

The lizards here are everywhere. I think that they are very cute, as long as they stay outside!

Free rider in the car!

Today Marlee really impressed me. We had practiced some numbers and words and I had left him by the table to just do his own little things with his scissors, pens etc. After a while he comes to me and says - Look what I have written, "BÃ…T" ("boat" in Swedish). He had!!!! Backwards, but still! I am soooo impressed, and surprised!
