Catching up during busy times

It has been a long time since I updated the blog and I blame it on the move. Alex and I are completely busy with packing, planning and Alex is also trying to do some work. Marlee went to Fårö with mormor and morfar for a week in order to spend time with them and to give me and Alex more time to focus on the packing. He has never been away from me that long before and I reeealy miss him, but he is very happy with them and I know that he is a having a great time! They are all on Fårö and he has several friends that he plays with there, too. 

Noah is home with us. He has realized that mamma can disappear and will not let me out of his sight. No one can hold him but me, and men over 50, which is quite funny. He loves morfar and when we were at a birthday party a few days ago, no one could hold him except the birthday boy's morfar who is over 70 :-)

Noah is standing on his own

Noah has been standing on his own several times but today he did it many times and for longer times than before. He even got up from sitting to standing without anything to hold on to!! I took a good video but he was only wearing a hat so I just took some snapshots from the video to show you :-)

Home again

We got home four days ago and we have been completely busy! We have mostly visited with a lot of friends and had great times, but also started to plan for leaving our house to "our renters". Noah has also gotten his American passport, in the last second. We are still waiting for it to arrive bur all the papers got approved and there should not be any problems.

As most of you probably know "Fourth of July" just passed and even if we are not in the states we had our own celebration with a good dinner over at a friend's house. We were responsible for the dessert, or rather, Alex had said that we could make dessert and then he asked me to do it ;-)

A lot of birthdays are coming up so we went to the toy store. Morfar helped me with the children while shopping!

Today we all went to a birthday party, Marlee's friend Vinzent turned four. All the children from Marlee's daymum were there and so was she, Annelie. It was great to see them all again and Marlee, and the rest of us, had a good time. It felt like we were eating constantly from when we arrived by 1pm to when we left at 9pm. A big thank you to the birthday boy and his parents!!!
