It's a boy!!!

So I will continue to be the only female in the family... For those of you who did not know that we were expecting another baby, don't worry, I have not mentioned it before. I just don't know a good way to say it. "By the way, I am pregnant"... Well, people who see me will know (I am BIG) but apart from that we have been very quiet about it. I am sorry if anyone feel left out, but you are probably not alone! Well, we got it confirmed today that it is another boy and the "new" due date is September 9 but they said that it will not change the due date the midwife has given, which is around September 27, so I guess we will see...

So what else can we tell you about our past week... We have had several hours on the beach :-) which is more than normal, Marlee has had his final gymnastic show and last weekend we went to a birthday pool party for one of Marlee's and Noah's friend. It was great!!

He is the only naked baby on the beach... but we are Swedish ;-)

Marlee found a dead lizzard in the sand!

I am not letting this guy eat oatmeal by himself again, or for a while...

Getting ready to watch Marlee's gymnastic show
There will be more pictures from the show soon, just have to get them off the camera :-/

Noah taking selfies :-)

Marlee being silly with his gymnastic trophy (which was actually just one of many old trophies that the club wanted to get rid of, but he does not know)

Pool part fun!

These two play very good together sometimes!

Being silly while doing math!

Bike ride around the block

Time for me to brag a little. I finally fixed the light on our bedroom fan which required some simple wiring! :-)

Noah is still doing pretty good without his binkey but he has surely been more whiny since he sent it and he keeps putting things in his mouth, which he never used to to, like toys, clothes and hair. Just like Marlee... Those things are more difficult to stop...?

Time to enjoy some TV time with Alex now!

Noah is done with his binkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today Noah made me sooo proud! He sent his binkey to Santa*, and, he did not even ask for it when he went to bed! My little hero!

* or the North Pole as Alex prefer to call it.

Box to Santa with his binkeys in it.

Dropped it in the mail drop

And fell asleep at night with no problems. His new car, that Lexi gave him, kept him company

Saturday Marlee had his weekly soccer game as well as team photographing. It was really cold outside but the sun warmed up the air nicely.

Taking a team picture. Unfortunately, half of the team was missing.

Yesterday was Mothers's Day here in the US and I had a great day. Alex made lunch, I went shopping all by myself, we had a pic nic by the river and had ice cream in Daytona. I was also celebrated by my family and Alex's parents :-) I am a very lucky mom with some wonderful children!

Great weekend in Madison, FL

We spent the last weekend on our land in Madison, FL, with family. It was a great weekend, possibly a little too hot. The kids enjoyed it a lot and Alex's sister and her husband built on the tree house. It is awesome!!

So relaxed! :-)

The tree house from afar

Marlee helping to build

Gabriel wants to climb the tree house, too! Aunt Cindy is happy to help :-)

And he made it up to the top!

Adding a roof!

Gabriel found a new buddy!

The camp ground

Three boogers sleeping

The view from our bed in the camper (we slept in Cindy and Danny's new camper). Can't complain!

Upgrading the swing to a bigger one

Gabriel is helping

And so is Noah

Trying the new (family) swing

Planting trees

Gathering fire wood

Cooling down with his pants on

Making parking lots

Now we are back in Ormond beach, back to normal except the coop is over for the semester so tomorrow is a big pool/beach party. There are also a lot of birthday parties right now, which is fun!

Playing an Australian game called "pass the parcel" at a birthday party

Noah got to open one layer of the parcel
I was just reminded today of one a the very big benefit with home schooling. Marlee really likes math and today we were going a little ahead of where we are at the moment, on his request. It is so fun to be able to teach him things at the time when he want to learn them and not have to wait for others or for whenever it should be taught according to a schedule.

He initially wanted to know what 100-1000 was and I decided a thermometer was the best way to explain it

Marlee and Noah was outside playing while I was making dinner and Gabriel really wanted to join them... He ended up like this...

April - one of my favorite months

We have had some great days lately. Farmor has been up here for a about a week and has spent a lot of time in our garden and with the boys. We have also seen friends, had a reunion with friends from Marlee's previous preschool and been to the beach.

Reunion with preschool friends!

Doing math.

Alex found these orchids in some bushes in the back yard! Way to beautiful to be hiding in a bush!

I got an hour on the beach with this precious boy while Marlee and Noah visited the fire station with farmor

Our little parakeets enjoying some hibiscuses

We got this from some friends on our road and Gabriel loves it!!

Beautiful day on the beach with friends today. The kids had a blast and I even got to sit down for a while! Marlee is convinced that one of the girls, Roxy, is his future wife :-)

Back to reality after the beach, homework for co-op school tomorrow!
