We spent the last weekend on our land in Madison, FL, with family. It was a great weekend, possibly a little too hot. The kids enjoyed it a lot and Alex's sister and her husband built on the tree house. It is awesome!!

Now we are back in Ormond beach, back to normal except the coop is over for the semester so tomorrow is a big pool/beach party. There are also a lot of birthday parties right now, which is fun!

I was just reminded today of one a the very big benefit with home schooling. Marlee really likes math and today we were going a little ahead of where we are at the moment, on his request. It is so fun to be able to teach him things at the time when he want to learn them and not have to wait for others or for whenever it should be taught according to a schedule.

He initially wanted to know what 100-1000 was and I decided a thermometer was the best way to explain it |
Marlee and Noah was outside playing while I was making dinner and Gabriel really wanted to join them... He ended up like this...
Just an every day life video
