School and birthday party

A very quick note after a very long break from the blog…. Starting school this year has been a lot more chaotic and a lot more work than before. Due to several things but mainly because we have too much awesome material I want to use and have to scale down and make it manageable. Both for me and the boys. Despite the intense school start we have managed to do celebrate two birthdays, Noah and Rafael, and had one birthday party with sleep over for Marlee and Noah. 

We also have a spontaneous science project because of some frogs laying eggs in our pool. We then loved the surviving tadpoles to a plastic bucket when the pool popped and was loosing all the air. Now we have a hurricane coming so we will see if the remaining tadpoles can make it. 

Other things happening has been olive canning and seed planting. We planted beans but those might as well die in this storm. We will see…

I’ll try to add some quick comments below before we loose electricity and wifi from hurricane Ian’s visit. 😂
