Marlee got Associate of the month!! And rattlesnakes…

Before bragging about Marlee I’ll tell you about our last mushroom hunt. There were almost more snakes than mushrooms. All together we saw at least 6 snakes! That’s about how many mushrooms we found as well!!

Time to brag… Marlee became the Associate of the month at the Publix store where he works!! They are more than 100 employees and he is one of the youngest as you cannot work there before you are fourteen. That is very impressive!!

The soccer games continues. The play offs are this week and so far Noah’s and Marlee’s team has won all games. Tomorrow is the final! The weather is slowly getting “colder” so we have even had to wear some long sleeve sweaters and socks :-)

Alex went to Qatar and Azerbaijan last week for the UN climate conference. Qatar had a pretty impressive airport. 

It can be pretty nice in the sun now as the temperature is dropping. 

Thanksgiving potluck at coop. Always super delicious!!

We are going skiing at the end of January so we just started doing some exercises to make our thighs stronger :-) So far Gabriel is easily beating everyone. He manages to do 90 degrees more than 8 minutes today!!

Yesterday we went to an orchestra event in Orlando. 

 

3 months! Bonfire on the beach

Yikes, time goes so fast and she grows even faster! Turned three month almost two weeks ago, I’m falling behind!

The other weekend we made a bonfire at the beach with some friends. The kids made a sand cave!! It was pretty impressive! They also found a plastic car in the sand, and guess what!? It was made in Sweden by Viking toys!!!!

This is how the fort building started. They dig a big hole and covered it with things they found at the beach. There is a lot of “fort material” from the last hurricane. 

A couple of hours later they had made a big cave!
