Sun, beautiful scenery and blueberries

Started the day with feeding the birdies before hiking up the mountain. Today we walked up the mountain next to our cabin, Flåten. Alex joined us for an hour or two before he had to go home and work while the rest of us enjoyed the sun and beautiful scenary! Me and Marlee ended the day with picking blueberries which there are a lot of here!!

He has been taking a few steps every now and then for a week or two but now he is letting go of anything that has stopped him from walking! :-)

Tännfallen and Bäverstigen

After a long, 7h, drive but very beautiful, we arrived to Funäsdalen by dinner time last night. Noah and Marlee went with mormor and morfar who arrived a couple of hours earlier than Gabrieal, Alex and me.

Now we can see Funäsdalsberget (the Funäsdals mountain)!

There is a new lift built since we were here last time

Today we managed to leave the house around eleven to go hiking. It simply took a whiiiiile to get up, eat breakfast and get everybody ready. But we did it! And we drove to Tännäs where we looked at the water power plant and then went for a nice hike in the forest, next to a lake. Tiny rain drops made us company for a while but the weather was ok. Morfar made a nice fire and we had hotdogs for lunch.

 After the hike we went to a playground and obstacle course in Funäsdalen where the boys had a lot of fun!

Hanging out with other "stay home children"

Today we started the day at an indoor "play ground" with some friends and their children. The boys had so much fun and played a lot with the other children. Probably 95% of the children here go to preschool so it is not that easy to find someone to play with during the week. However, I have recently found a few mums who are home with the children so we are very happy to hang out with them!

Mormor and morfar are "in town" because we are going up north with them tomorrow for a few days. This afternoon they helped us to take down a rather big pine tree that has died. The boys were happy to help out, too! :-)

Our little bay was so beautiful the other day!!

Yesterday we went to the swimming pool with a friend and he children. It was so much fun!!! I did not take any pictures in the pool but when we had some snacks after :-)

Today we were supposed to have pancakes for lunch but I got a bad egg (for the first time in my life so I cannot complain!)... Of course I put some of it in the batter before realizing it was bad. It was all ruined and soooo stinky we had to change our lunch plans...
